How can people criticize the former candidate for these pictures? It looks like a chance encounter on a dock to me. Just a bunch of happy people celebrating the fact that the world has begun to heal. I imagine they were out there waiting for the sea level to drop. Nothing to see here folks, move along please; go back to your homes.
