Don't know how many of you have Friday fish for Lent but I like to mix it up a little. I mean, Mrs. Paul's fish sticks get a little old after awhile. And I've got maybe three methods for cooking salmon but I tried this one, and I like it much better than my old standards. Next time, I'll maybe give it a little longer under the broiler, as the lumber girls aren't crazy about the underdone parts. (oh, and wipe up any of the glaze that runs off onto the baking sheet - it burns on its own)
