Makes sense that the doggies are from the Netherlands. At the Olympics, it was easy to spot the Nederlanders. They wore bright, bright orange. Of course, dogs themselves are color blind. (Only rods, no cones, on their retinas.) So they have no idea what they look like. One suspects that the owners are trying to provoke insane giggle-fests when they and their friends are getting high. One theory, anyway.
