Thank goodness these folks are looking out for us:
The federal committee responsible for nutrition guidelines is calling for the adoption of “plant-based” diets, taxes on dessert, trained obesity “interventionists” at worksites, and electronic monitoring of how long Americans sit in front of the television.
The Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee (DGAC) released its far-reaching 571-page report of recommendations to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Thursday, which detailed its plans to “transform the food system.”If I was a monkey, and if the comment submission page supported it, I would be hurling poo at these guys.

Oh man, that looks good. Hope it was rare and you used salt like a drunken Portuguese.
(even though Michelle considers anything more than 4 grains of salt a micro-aggression)
Do you have a problem with Portuguese, Chrstiaan?
I have to admire any nationality that accepts my derision so good-naturedly.
