The biscuit crux is in the first two minutes of the video. If my red looked green to you, we would both still call it "red" because when we learned our colors, that's what we were told was red.
This is something that's bugged me since I was a kid. I tried once or twice to explain my question to various teachers but was never able to express myself clearly enough to escape punishment.

It is interesting that red is considered hot and blue is cool.
It is not this way in the universe.
Red for stars means a cool star like a read giant or any red star.
A blue star is a hot star because the blue frequency is much more packed with energy and at a higher frequency than a red star is.
So that is enough of confusing all of you for now.

Yes! I have tried any number of times to explain exactly what you propose. We may be seeing something very different, but it was always "red", so red is what we both call it.
