Old Newsreels

If you're old enough, you may remember when movies came with a cartoon, and/or a newsreel. Nowadays you can get advertisements for video games, cell phone admonitions, and theater workers telling you to stop throwing popcorn.

Newsreels were better. And when it comes to newsreels, Pathé is the 800 pound gorilla; or, as Joe Biden would say: terrorist. Now there's a site with access to all the old Pathé reels. Go, enjoy, waste time.
