Busted?

Media Matters is claiming that someone at Fox intentionally altered images of Jacques Steinberg and Steven Reddicliffe, of the NYT. I don't know, it's a close call:

OK, it's hard to tell on my monitor but I can see how some people could conclude that the images have been altered. I'm not all together sure that the changes aren't an improvement though.
