OK silly, but it got me wondering, what do philosophers get paid? And by whom? Is there a union?

I'm not sure what the job entails. And I'm not likely to find out, in that I pretty much zone out on anything following the words, "I'm a professional philosopher"

But, you know, if they're hiring...
