Ya Go With What Works

I can understand Ahmadinejad's halo temptation. Hey, it worked for Obama, it can't hurt. But it wasn't the halo that worked for Obama. It was the willingness to make promises he knew he could never keep.

He can't just close Gitmo. He couldn't just abandon Iraq. And though he never promised it, a large number of young-uns expected him to legalize marijuana. Same sex marriage proponents stand bewildered.

Still waiting for gravity to overcome the remaining shoe: anyone gullible enough to think their taxes weren't going up.

But he looks good with a halo. I'll give him that. Ahmadinejad? not so much.
