My experience with dogs and their innate ability to catch dog biscuits no matter how badly thrown leads me to believe this is a cat in a dog suit.
Always a possibility. Also, the video could be faked, with CGI biscuits being added to a video of an amiable dog catching pretend biscuits just to please his person.
