WASHINGTON, Oct 26 (Reuters) - The U.S. government's main disaster-response agency apologized on Friday for sending toy fire trucks to battle the fierce wildfires that have plagued California. "I thought we had learned something after sending those toy boats to New Orleans, but apparently not," said FEMA deputy administrator Harvey Johnson.
