So they float a tiny mouse, a little bit. They should have checked the internet. Mouse levitation has been around for a long time. Using nothing more than household tools and PVC pipe, many kids are able achieve elevations of hundreds of feet. 
Google "potato cannon" for instructions on how to build your own.
