I love that (real) sign up front. "Spread my work ethic, not my $" It reminds me of one of my favorite sayings: "Give a man a fish, and he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish, and he'll hound you about his fish hooks not being as nice as yours, he'll trespass on your pond, molest your cattle, and ask you for a fish anyway." (Or something like that)
