French soldiers from the United Nations Interim Forces in Lebanon

This looks very similar to what our guys call the boom-shaka-laka maneuver. The French version though involves hoisting imaginary white flags as quickly as possible.

OK fine, primary colors splashed around randomly. Not my cup of tea, but I suppose some with ADHD might like it. So what was the price tag? $23 million. Makes you wish you'd kept all those macaroni and tempera paint creations from preschool, huh?
