What's happening? How can it be that World Bank President Paul Wolfowitz is going to important meetings with holes in his socks? Well, I know. There's only one thing that can possibly explain it: global warming.

I know his mind-set, I think all guys do..."yeah, these will last just one more washing...". After all, don't you want someone who is thrifty occupying his position?
Well, yeah, in fact I too have a few pair my mom would tsk-tsk about. I was just in a rush to jump on the bandwagon and blame something on Global Warming.
