It's hard to fault John Podhoretz on his analysis:

Plus he should have his medical license revoked!Paul said, “I’m suggesting we listen to the people who attacked us and the reason they did it." Somehow that doesn't sound any better coming from a conservative than it does coming from the Diane Rehm show.

Apparently Mr. Paul wasn't paying attention to the message delivered on 09/11! What further listening would be required for anyone with discernible cognitive ability?
Paul did have one thing right!
GW did run for the GOP nomination on a policy platform of isolationism!
Unlike Paul and some others though he has enough of a grasp on reality to know where that ended.
It's the point where I went from merely laughing at Dubya's faux pas to having respect for him and forgetting the inconsequential verbal gaffs.
As for Mr. Paul I think he's the kind of politician who's spent too much time in Washington. Time for retirement.
