OK, a little more than two years. And I suppose getting time off for good behavior is something of a fantasy. Given her past behavior, I doubt she's going to be on the warden's good-girl list. Also a pipe dream: any thoughts of her jumping the wall.
Should she have gotten more time for helping terrorists? I didn't follow the case closely but I imagine her health concerns were taken into account. Thing is, when you aid terrorists, you pretty much discount the health concerns of your fellow citizens.
Ah well, it's something for the Chomsky family (is there a Chomsky family?) to burn candles about for the next 28 months. One thing is pretty certain; there won't be a babes-behind-bars movie made about her experience.
