First Amendment

Who would have thought that hope and change involved union thugs? Union thugs are so last century. This, though, goes back to the 18th century:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Outside of Chicago, there's the first amendment. And though these guys are obviously used to getting their way at Burger King, they won't get their way against Obamacare protesters.
