9:21pm -- AP calls it. Coakley has apparently called Brown and conceded. With 71% in, Brown leads 53 to 46

Next step: defeat the "Republicans hypnotized voters" lawsuit. And wait for Harry Reid to claim that the swearing-in Bible is missing.
