Sequestration Hits the NEA

In order to cut costs the National Endowment for the Arts has created the One Art project. An NEA spokesperson explained, "The sequestration cuts have forced us to abandon all NEA grants that don't involve one particular image of President Obama. We had to eliminate everything else."

"We had to pick one project that we could still afford and that was the one we picked. Don't blame us. Blame the Republicans."

What is it with chicks and boots this year? Is the fashion mindset all about highheeled boots?
This winter it seems like 90% of the women were wearing boots that approached the knee....kind of S&M like or even military looking. Not that I'm complaining but WOW, somebody must have sent out a memo telepathically and SHAZAM!!! all of the chickiees HAD TO CONFORM!
