Andrew Sullivan links to an argument that liquid explosives would be too hard to mix on a plane, and suggesting that there never really was much to worry about. I don't know about you but I'm darned pleased that the same people who became experts on Persian culture when we went into Afghanistan have now instantly become experts on binary bomb making. Thank goodness they know how to use google and aren't afraid to share their vast knowledge. The google genius this time is Thomas C Greene. I suspect that Mr Greene would balk at getting on a plane with this last bunch of plotters though.
Maybe it's time to say it again: You're going off half-cocked Andrew.
