Photo Fraud?

From EU Referendum:

......the photographers, it seems, are not too fussy about how they go about "adding to the shock value". These two sequences illustrate the extent to which photographers on the scene are prepared to ensure that the "shock value" is maximised.

I'm not big on conspiracy theories but the evidence seems to indicate that the bodies of dead children were manipulated, carried around, and posed for journalists. What are the chances that the whole Qana event was staged? That bodies were brought in? Could these ghouls even have killed women and children in order to stage the event?

Part one in building a conspiracy theory is believing the bad guys are pure evil, and capable of anything. I'm tending that direction, though I'll try to be objective.
